  with that much variety on their menu, didn't think it will be any good. but what we ordered was surprisingly really good. service was quick too, and staff were friendly.

  Excellent food. Somewhat expensive for the area and style but if you want to experience a Malaysian chain restaurant in all it's glory I'd highly recommend PappaRich. You need to order via a small slip of paper, writing down the dish number and quantity and then paging the staff via a small button on the table. Try to sit closer to the front of the restaurant as the rear section is positioned near the speaker that alerts staff when you hit the button to order, That is unless you like the frequent interruption of a speaker saying table numbers. If it wasn't for the price I would frequent more often. They offer a lot of variety in one location but if you know the type of hawker food you are after it can be found at the same quality for half the price elsewhere. You won't be disappointed with the serving size, quality or service but it comes at a price. Worth trying at least once. Avoid the drinks menu unless you want diabetes!

  Food selection was exciting and the food tasted great! But the Wait staff seemed like they really just didn't care! They hand the food or drinks over the bench instead of walking around and placing it on your table. It took forever just to get our menus and we had to reach behind the bench to get water ourselves. And when there was hair in the food, it took a long time to respond to our buzzer and they walked right past us when we waved our hands for help with it. It's just such a shame that excellent food and drinks had to be coupled with such below average service. Otherwise the food itself would've given them 5 stars!

  Nice Malay dishes. The decor looks great. Gets very busy so I recommend booking in advance.

  Probably the most authentic Malaysian food you can find in Perth at the moment. Service is usually fairly quick. May be a little pricey but if you crave real Malaysian fare, then this is a good option.
