  I booked a birthday event at Library and booked The Ballroom with over 100 guests and a bar tab. I was really disappointed with how extremely disorganized it all was. I was told guests would be let in at 9pm so that was the time on my invites, but the club refused to open the doors until 9:30. Staff were completely uninformed about the arrangements including the bar tab. The bar tenders were extremely rude and unfriendly and ending up throwing out our personal belonging by 'mistake'. However the DJ was very lovely and made the night memorable. Can't say I was pleased, I wouldn't recommend this place if you want your event to run smoothly.

  As I was at the event of 'Bootylicious', I was pushed by a girl for no absolute reason other then trying to get through her from destination A to destination B (It was crowded as you all could understand that all clubs were) Normally I wouldn't mind because, A. She was probably drunk and/or B. She was just being plain rude. But then her man (boyfriend?) decided to jump in, pushing me to right to the ground, ending in a sprained wrist. I informed two security guards of the incident, but they could do nothing because they did not see it happen; dispite that I could get three witnesses accounted for. All they said was "We'll keep an eye on him". How are I supposed to feel safe in a estatement such as this, when sufficient evidence does not verify an immediate action towards it? And I'm sure as hell, they got security cameras to review this. But instead, the guards simply have to 'see it to believe it' themselves. Despite the fun I had at Library, I definately don't feel safe in it after the poor response to the incident I had.

  Was over charged entry fee instead of $20 was charged $80. Tried talking to the girls who did the transaction at the front but they said they couldn’t help me and took my number and said someone will contact me but haven’t heard anything in over a week also have tried calling multiple times and emailed but no response highly unprofessional and disappointing.

  Great Manager and club. Hosted our Daughters 21st Birthday there and the manager was such a help. Management though are money hungry and a pain in the butt to deal with.

  Unfortunately the security guard let drunk ppl go in infront of my eyes, while telling my sober friend she was 'drunk' instead of saying he was racist.
