  I rang a week ago on 1/9/17 to book for a room for 5 for the 8/9/17. On 7/9/17, I was informed by my sister that there are more people coming. i rang them at 9:15pm on 7/9/17, to change my booking to a medium room and asked her how many people could fit into a medium room. She said 8 to 12. I m alike great. She reconfirm with me saying Rachel Friday night medium room. I said Sweet and hang up.

  Tht wasnt all. When we got home from crown, we found out tht out cake was missing half of its original slice when they help is keep the cake. It was service to help us keep the cake in the fridge but it is STEALING if part of the cake is missing WITHOUT CUSTOMERS KNOWING OR GIVEN CONSENT TO HAVE SOME OF THE CAKE.

  They messed up my booking and sold me a small room as a medium room. On top of that ate my sister's birthday cake WITHOUT CONSENT!

  When i turn up she told me there is no medium room and i booked for a small room. I said I did and rang the previous night to change to a medium room. Then she sold us a small room as a medium room. I asked the guy how could I fit 12 peopl in this room as I was informed on the phone. He has the guts to tell me tht I told them I only got 5 people coming. I told him I could have 12 people coming now since u did not change the booking on ur book.
