    Absolutely terrible parking, $10 for one hour is outrageous anywhere let alone in a parking space that has little to no upkeep. Homeless people are constantly around here which is very upsetting for a lot of people and sad to see. The ground is uneven and it's annoying to see some people not even paying when you pay premium prices for the crappiest carpark in northbridge.
